Whether you’re in town to seal a business deal or have a short holiday breather, our warm three-bedroom space is the best accommodation if you’re looking to stay in an artsy neighborhood. Our place is equipped with large queen-sized beds and convertible sofas that can comfortably accommodate a group of 6, plus modern furniture, a complete kitchen and your own private outdoor balcony!
Illuminated by sunny natural light, our 3BR features Queen-size bed, premium linens, and plenty of closet space so you can unpack and forget about your suitcase for a while. Enjoy the privacy of your own rooms, with doors that close and independently controlled air-conditioning units.
The apartment includes one full bathroom, with a shower, sink, and toilet. We’re all about helping you look (and smell) your best, so we provide shampoo, conditioner, and body wash in addition to hand soap and fluffy towels. Trust us when we say there’s no better way to warm up after a Windy City walk than a hot shower!
There’s ample space for guests to relax on the sofa and watch on a large flat-screen TV. Like the rest of the unit, you’ll live it up in luxury among hardwood floors and contemporary decor. The entire place has free, fast WiFi and Chicago sunshine streaming in through the windows.
Whether you’re craving a home-cooked meal or just somewhere to put the box of deep-dish, our kitchen is fully stocked with cookware, dishes, utensils, and has swanky granite countertops. Appliances include a full-sized fridge and freezer, gas stove, oven, microwave, toaster, and coffee maker. The only things missing are your favorite farmer’s market finds!!

-We will try our best, but Early Check-Ins and Late Check-Outs are difficult to accommodate, especially during the summer. If you need additional time, please consider booking an extra day.
-No parties, noise or loud music. We have cancelled reservations due to complaints in the past.
-Quiet hours must be observed from 10pm to 8am
-No smoking. In the event that the unit is smoked in, there will be an automatic $500 cleaning & deodorizing fee applied.
-Guest should be mindful to not run or walk hard in the apartment to not disturb other tenants.
-Local guests are permitted to book on an exception basis only. Local groups looking to use the property for a party, gathering or other group event are expressly prohibited and your reservation will be canceled.
-Bath towels are provided per number of guests not per number of stay
-We have duvet covers on our beddings (no top sheets).
-A Security Deposit may be required on some bookings.
-If there's an issue during your stay, please report it real time so we can address it right away.
-Pets are allowed: Small Dogs or Cats at $50 per pet, per stay. There is a dog park one block away.

Summary: This was our first time using Vrbo and Joan was absolutely amazing she was even willing to waive the pet fee but we decided not to bring our dog last minute. I would definitely book with Joan and her Vrbo when we come back to Chicago.

Summary: My family enjoyed our stay in the Logan Square neighborhood. The property had a lot of room which allowed for us to have space for family time and space to work when necessary. The whole process, from first contact through check-out, was easy and painless. We were able to walk to restaurants and go grocery shopping without issue.

Summary: The apartment was spacious and well equipped! My friend and I had everything we could ask for - towels, linens, extra blankets and more! The kitchen had the basics, including coffee! Joan (host) was amazing- a proactive communicator, responsive, and made us feel so welcome! We loved our long weekend in Logan square and highly recommend the space. Location to the heart of the city isn’t ideal BUT all other neighborhoods and high quality restaurants are walking or Uber distance away.

Summary: My family enjoyed our stay at Lyndale 2F. The apartment was clean, spacious, well equipped, and had all the basics covered. Our host Joan was very responsive , and she even checked with us a couple of times during our stay to make sure everything was going well. I'd definitely recommend this place to any friends looking for a place to stay when visiting Chicago.

Summary: Stayed here with my daughters ages 20 and 15 for a girls get away. It was our first experience in Chicago and the host was very helpful with my tourist related questions. We had everything we needed in this cute apartment. Being able to walk to the nearby resturants and the grocery store to stock up was a huge plus.

Summary: This place was perfect for our family! Easy check-in. I loved the video on how to unlock the four locks on the two doors. The weather was hot, but the AC kept the place cool and there were fans in each bedroom to help circulate the air as needed. Two bus stops only a couple blocks away gave easy access to the Metra lines to the city. The only picky things would be to dust the outlet and window sill in the bathroom and a light over the kitchen sink would be nice. Overall a great stay!
